Emergency Plan Development
In any business, things can go wrong, but being prepared can go a long way to mitigate danger to your employees and damage to your business. We will assess any past events, and identify potential emergency situations that could occur. Then we will work with your managment staff to develop and emergency plan for your workplace. Our comprehensive plans include first-aid arrangements, hazmat responses, active shooter response plans, and other emergencies that you need to be ready for.
Training for the Health Care Workplace
Every year workers who have access to Personal Health Information (PHI) must complete a HIPAA Compliance course. Our course is one hour long and will cover everything your office needs to stay HIPAA compliant.
Dental and Healthcare offices fall under the General Industry standard OSHA 29 CFR 1910. However, these offices are unique and come with their own set of hazards to be aware of. We tailor the OSHA 10 and 30 Hour General Industry class to meet the needs of our health care providers. This course is good for someone who has safety oversight of the office or clinic.
This comprehensive awareness training program provides detailed guidance to employers and employees to ensure compliance with all OSHA standards and requirements. The topics discussed within this program are designed to assist healthcare providers achieve improved performance and results in all areas of clinical, financial and operational management.
This four hour program provides information about the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030. Information about the Needlestick Safety and Prevention Act will also be provided (Pub. L. 106-430). The participants will understand the requirements of the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard including definitions, minimum elements of an exposure control plan (ECP), engineering and work practice controls, methods of compliance with the standard, use and availability of the hepatitis B vaccine, actions required in the event of an exposure, post-exposure follow-up, labeling, training, workplace communication of hazards, and required record keeping.
Fulfill your license renewal training requirements with our American Heart Association Basic Life Support course. This course covers CPR, First Aid, and the use of an AED.
Health & Wellness Training
For those who wear respirators to complete tasks or have them at hand in case of an emergency, we offer respiratory awareness training, medical fitness evaluations, as well as qualitative fit testing to keep you OSHA compliant, and your employees safe. Fit testing, respiratory awareness training, and medical clearance must be repeated every year.
This two-hour general training course will prepare supervisors and leaders to make educated “reasonable suspicion” determinations for employees possessing the signs and symptoms of drug and alcohol misuse in the workplace (training is specifically geared towards companies and supervisors who are in a position of making "reasonable suspicion" determinations).
Although this course is for those not covered by the Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, the training covers Best Practices and guidelines, such as those included in the DOT Federal rules for making reasonable suspicion determinations and testing procedures.

Workplace Violence & Harassment Prevention
Workplace Violence & Harassment Prevention for Employees This is an introductory course for all employees. It outlines general rights and responsibilities that all employees need to know. Designed for employees at all levels, this introductory course satisfies federal, and state requirements for employee workplace violence and harassment prevention training. Participants will learn about current legislation, their own responsibilities, and general violence and threat assessment theory. Upon completing of this course, they will be able to report and respond to workplace violence and harassment.
Supervisor's Course Includes all basic course content with an emphasis on the added responsibility inherent supervisory and management roles. Additional strategies and techniques for addressing workplace violence and harassment are presented.
