Six States in the Northeast that Require OSHA 10/30 Hour Outreach Training

In total there are eight states that require a minimum of OSHA 10 Hour Construction Training for all workers on public construction projects. Six of those states are in the Northeast: Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island.Contractors in these states as well as in Missouri and Nevada, or who are looking to do work in any of the eight states should familiarize themselves with the details of the regulations by area.
