NYC construction workers required to update OSHA 10-Hour construction cards in 2013! Time to retake your OSHA 10-hour construction outreach course!

Individuals working in the construction industry who have completed their initial OSHA 10-Hour health and safety outreach course in 2008 and 2009 will need to re-take the course.  As set forth by New York City Department of buildings in Local Law 41 of 2008 the New York City Department of Buildings requires individuals to complete an OSHA course every five (5) years to work on a New York City construction projects for both public and private contracts.

Maintaining your OSHA 10-hour construction outreach certification is also applicable for all registered construction superintendents within New York City assigned to active projects.
